We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to lead people operations for our manufacturing organization in Irving, Texas. This onsite position oversees core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, helping leaders and staff navigate policies, compliance obligations, benefits, and workplace matters with consistency and professionalism. The role also plays a key part in strengthening employee experience, maintaining sound HR practices, and supporting a productive, compliant work environment.Responsibilities:• Direct daily human resources activities, providing guidance on employee matters, policy interpretation, and department support across the organization.• Oversee hiring efforts from requisition through offer stage, including sourcing support, applicant evaluation, interview coordination, background screening, and onboarding preparation.• Administer employee benefit programs such as health coverage, disability plans, life insurance, retirement offerings, leave administration, and workers’ compensation processes.• Lead annual benefits enrollment activities by coordinating with external brokers and carriers, reviewing plan options, and preparing clear employee communications.• Ensure personnel files and HR documentation remain accurate, organized, and compliant with applicable federal and Texas employment requirements.• Partner with managers to address performance concerns, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and other sensitive employee relations situations.• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including orientation for new employees, status changes, reviews, transfers, promotions, and separations.• Maintain and revise key HR resources, including handbook content, organizational records, and other employment-related documentation.• Support workplace safety efforts through incident reporting, documentation follow-up, and coordination tied to a secure and well-run office environment.• Contribute to office administration initiatives, employee engagement activities, facilities coordination, and workplace support functions as needed.
