We’re seeking a
Junior All-Source Analyst
to join the Leidos Defense Sector for future and upcoming roles at Langley Air Force Base. This is your chance to be part of a premier Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission.

Your Mission:
Facilitate coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with
AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)
Enterprise stakeholders.
Collaborate with
AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET)
to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE).
Assist with long- and short-term analysis, focusing on
Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning , ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues.
Develop responses for
Requests for Information (RFI)
and ensure compliance with
AF DCGS TTPs , AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.
Basic Qualifications:
An Associates Degree and
2 years of relevant intelligence experience . Candidates with 5 years of intelligence experience can be considered in the absence of a AAS degree.
Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government
all-source analysis training course
or specialized intelligence certification.
Experience
in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases.
Proficiency or familiarity with tools like
JIRA/Confluence
and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products.
TS/SCI access eligibility
upon start date.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable
directives, standards, and reporting cycles.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
