Key responsibilities Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and experienced sales team members Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics Required qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role Strong background in content creation, including presentations and instructional design Proficiency with training platforms and content creation tools such as PowerPoint and video editing software Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques Ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to different learning styles
